Arthur Gould, 75, of 283 Ganvin Rd., Dieppe, and formerly of Memramcook East, died Tuesday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, after a brief illness.
Born in Memramcook East, he was a son of the late Israël and Sophie (Richard) Gould. A retired carpenter, he attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ella LeBlanc; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Belliveau (Paulette) of Dieppe, and Simonne Gould and Huberte Gould, both of Edmonton; six sons, Ronnie of Fox Creek, Léonard and Omer, both of Edmonton, Terry and Maurice, both of Montreal, and Joël of Memramcook West; four sisters, Mrs. Aurore LeBlanc of College Bridge, Mrs. Jeannine LeBlanc of Memramcook East, Mrs. Vernon Hubly (Emilia) of Halifax and Mrs. Francis Cormier (Freda) of Toronto; five brothers: Gérald of Sept-Iles, Que., Roger of Memramcook East, Amédée of Toronto.
